The Marimekko Oiva / Unikko Teapot holds 7 dl and has a ceramic strainer, with a wooden handle and a wooden peg on the lid. Unikko was born in 1964, at a time when Marimekko's collections featured mostly abstract prints, and Maija Isola drew a whole range of floral designs from the theme; today the flower stands for creativity.
Made in Thailand from 100% white stoneware with a maple wood component, it is food safe and comes in White / Red / Blue and White. Hand wash only, and remove the sticker from the base before use, as it contains a small amount of metal.
Bring it to the table for a long afternoon of tea with cups from the Marimekko collection.
