Description
Poul Henningsen's collaboration with Louis Poulsen began in 1925-1926, leading to the creation of the PH lighting system, which aimed to provide glare-free light with soft shadows. The PH 3/2 Academy is part of the three-shade family, which has over 30 variants, including outdoor versions. These lights were designed using the logarithmic spiral to ensure even light distribution and reduce glare. The system offers flexibility with various combinations, sizes, and materials. The PH 3/2 Academy, introduced in 2000, uses 30 cm top shades and smaller lower shades for a more compact design, perfect for lower ceiling heights.
Please note: This lamp does not include a light bulb. For optimal performance, we recommend an E14 LED bulb (4–4,5W, 470 lumens).
